In Collaboration with Paper Doll Militia

Homeostasis is a 20-minute aerial theater production created in collaboration with Rain Anya of Paper Doll Militia. Using an invented apparatus, the performance explores complex trauma and the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses of the nervous system, personified as characters delving into the impact of trauma on the body and mind, and the path toward healing and balance.

The Guest House is an immersive aerial and movement-based performance art experience that explores the wisdom of accepting all emotions as guides towards healing. Inspired by Rumi's poem, this show takes the audience on a transformative journey of embracing even the darkest feelings, discovering their potential to lead us toward growth and wholeness. Through a fusion of narration, clowning, aerial dance, and ensemble movement, the performance reflects the internal experience of healing—facing grief, joy, anger, and despair, and learning to honor each emotion as part of the process.

This deeply personal journey invites the audience to reflect on their own emotional landscapes, fostering a deeper understanding of the full spectrum of human experience. The Guest House celebrates the transformative power of emotion, guiding both performer and audience toward self-acceptance and resilience.

YOUnicorn is a mesmerizing story of resilience, self-discovery, and the magic that lies within each of us. The YOUnicorn cannot see the magic she embodies, though those around her can. Her journey is one of awakening to her own power, learning to see herself through the eyes of love and acceptance. She goes on a journey through the chakras and by embracing her shadows, she uncovers the strength and magic within. This performance blends aerial arts, movement, and storytelling, leading the audience through an enchanting exploration of how self-acceptance and love unlock the magic we often fail to see in ourselves.
